Welcome to Meridian Petals. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our floral services, including curated bouquets and subscription tiers. By accessing our site, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Ordering & Contract
When you place an order with Meridian Petals, you are making an offer to purchase floral arrangements. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed only when we send a confirmation email acknowledging your order.
2. Freshness & Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal, organic products. While we strive to match the images on our website, some substitutions may be necessary due to availability. We guarantee that the value and aesthetic appeal of your bouquet will be maintained.
3. London Delivery Services
We provide local delivery across London. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. If the recipient is not home, our couriers will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbor, documented by a delivery photo.
4. Subscription Terms
Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis. You may pause or cancel your subscription through your account portal with at least 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled delivery. No-shows or incorrect addresses for subscription deliveries are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations & Returns
As flowers are perishable items, we generally do not accept returns. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Refunds for damaged items require photographic evidence of the flowers within 4 hours of receipt.
